摘要
系统辩证理论是现代辩证唯物主义的新形态。从世界是物质的、物质是运动的、运动是有规律的、规律是可以认识的四个方面阐明了系统辩证理论是怎样补充、丰富与发展了马克思主义哲学的。同时说明管理理论就是研究如何将这种新形态应用在管理实践中。
Systematic dialectics is a new phenomenon of modern Materialism. This article tries to illustrate how to enrich, develop and replenish Marxism philosophy based on the viewpoints that the world is of material, material is of movement, movement is of regularity and regularity is recognizable. Additionally this article also tends to indicate that the research of administration theory needs to reveal how to utilize systematic dialectics in administration practice.
