摘要
工艺装备的采用是保证零件加工质量、提高劳动生产率的有效手段之一。工艺装备的正确选择,是工艺设计人员进行工艺设计的主要任务,也是工艺设计的成败的关键。本文以成组技术为前提,以装配关系为基础,以零件的信息编码作为主约束条件通过对零件的各结构元素与相关件的装配关系以及零件和工装的“改进轨迹“的研究确定CAPP系统中工艺装备选择的约束条件和工作流程,从而使CAPP系统完成相近工装列表甚至自动选择适用的工装,同时对现有工装的不适应处进行标记。
Machining tooling generally assures the machining quality and is one of the efficient means to improve productivity. Tooling Selection is the major task and the most crucial part in technological design. Based on set technology and parts coding as main constraints, this paper studies not only the fitting relationship between each part' s structure element and relevant components but also "improved tracking" of parts and tooling to determine the constraints and working process of tooling selection for CAPP system, then the CAPP system can fulfill the list of tooling and automatically choose the suitable tooling and mark the unsuitability of the exiting tooling.
