摘要
主要叙述了TTS技术原理。提出并实现了一个可靠的文语转换系统——基于语音合成芯片和SMS模块的短消息的语音播报系统。该系统在远程监控中得到了成功应用。
This paper mainly discussed the technical principle of TTS. The author put forward and realized a steady TTS system. This system was based on speech synthesis chip and SMS module and can translate SMS to speech. This system was used successfully in remote monitoring.
