摘要
北仑作为省市对外开放的龙头区域,在贯彻落实“三个走在前列”的要求上,首先要在发展上走在前列,在落实科学发展观方面走在前列,切实增强“走在前列”的紧迫感和责任感,提出了北仑在落实科学发展观方面走在前列的具体对策和思路。
There is an urgent need to develop Beilun into a model area in performing the principle of scientific develop- ment as one of the leading open areas of Zhejiang Province. This paper will propose some specific strategies and outlines on how to make Beilun a model in carrying out the principle of scientific development.
