摘要
随着我国经济和社会的快速发展，产业结构调整的步伐也不断加快，这需要大量满足现代工程发展需要的高等工程本科应用型人才。本文从论述高等工程本科应用型教育的特征以及培养高等工程本科应用型人才的必要性和紧迫性出发，提出了现代高等工程本科应用型人才所需具备的素质及其培齐途径。
With fast development of the nation＇s economy and society and the reorganizing of industry structure, the demand for advanced engineering and practical undergraduate talents has emerged. This paper analyzes the necessity, urgency of this demand and the characteristics of advanced practical engineering undergraduate education, and thus put forward a preliminary standard for modem advanced practical engineering undergraduate talents.
