摘要
通过对上海市合作医疗管理架构的总结,从管理学角度提出了权变结构体系的建立,详细描述了组织之间在动态环境下如何相互制约和协调高效运行,并且针对变化过程中存在的若干问题进行了探讨。
By overview of Shanghai cooperative healthcare management structure, this paper proposed buildup of dynamic organization in management field, and described in active environment how to restrict and operate effectively among organizations. As well as discuss about some problems in the change process.
