摘要
介绍了电信业运营支撑系统中的计费系统,概述了计费引擎的现状并在对各种设计方法全面分析的基础上,结合实践经验提出了的新的、先进的和高效的计费引擎的设计思想和方法,给出了详细设计,描述了具体的切实可行的实现途径。
In this article, a brief introduction to the billing system in the telecommunication operation support system and a summarization to the present status of the rating engine are given; Then, basing on the comprehensive analysis to the design methods and combine experience of the practices, the thought and method of a new, advanced and high-performance rating engine are provided, and the particular deign is developed; Finally, the concrete and feasible approach to carry out the rating engine is specified.
