摘要
目的探讨难治性无菌性脓疱类皮肤病的治法。方法32例病人应用疏肝凉血解毒汤加减配合心理治疗及西医支持治疗。结果32例病人全部近期治愈,3个月内均无复发。结论疏肝凉血解毒汤加减配合心理治疗是目前治疗无菌性脓疱类皮肤病的较好方法。
Objective to approach the method to treat the refractory aseptic impetiginous dermatosis. Method Give “Shugan Liangxue Jiedu” Decoction to 32 patients matched with psychotherapy and west medicine supporting treatment. Result All the 32 patients got cured in s short time and didn＇t recur in 3 months. Conclusion “Shugan Liangxue Jiedu” Decoction matched with psychotherapy is a quite good method to treat aseptic impetiginous dermatosis by now.
