摘要
信任管理是推动电子商务发展的关键因素。本文综述了电子商务中的信任管理模式及其存在的问题;针对上述问题,提出了电子商务信任管理框架,阐述了框架组成的基本原理及各部分之间的关系,为电子商务信任体系建设提供了新的思路。
Trust management is important basis for development of E-commerce. In this paper, existing trust management models of E-commerce are reviewed, and problems of trust management of E-commerce are analysized. Aiming at these limitations, we present trust management framework of E-commerce and elaborate the components and their principles in this framework. The proposed framework gives a new idea for building trust system in E-commerce.
