摘要
对网络环境下的电子信息资源和网络信息资源的概念、类型和特征进行了重新定位和规范,并详细论述了二者之间的异同,分析了形成异同的原因,以帮助用户更好地识别和开发利用这两种极易混淆的新型信息。
This article redefines and standardizes the concepts, types and features of electronic information resources and network information resources in the network environment. It clarifies the difference between them and analyzes the causes of the difference in order to help users identify and utilize these new resources better that are most likely to be confused.
