Polymorphisms of Phase Ⅰ or Ⅱ Metabolic Enzyme Genes and Susceptibility to Prostate Cancer

摘要 代谢酶基因多态性在人类恶性肿瘤发病中的作用已为越来越多的研究所证实,本文就近年来对Ⅰ、Ⅱ相代谢酶基因多态性和前列腺癌(PCa)发病风险之间关系的研究作简要综述,并着重讨论了多个基因多态性及基因与环境间交互作用对PCa发病的影响。 At present, more and more researches have proved the important role of genotypic polymorphisms of phase Ⅰ or Ⅱ metabolic enzymes in tumor risk. This article reviews briefly the relationship between polymorphisms of Phase Ⅰor Ⅱ enzyme genes and susceptibility to prostate cancer. Moreover, the interaction of geantype-environment in risk to prostate cancer is also discussed in the review.
