摘要
将现有600t/d五级旋风预热器窑生产线改造为900 t/d预分解窑生产线,要根据工厂现有各种工艺条件及原、燃材料情况,结合当地海拔高度,在不对原有预热器系统及窑尾框架动手术和不影响生产的前提下,合理配置分解炉对生产线进行改造,提高产量、降低消耗,取得良好效果。
Depending on the existent raw materials, fuels and other process conditions as well as concerning the local altitude, a 600t/d kiln line with 5-stage preheater is renovated into a 900t/d precalcining production line. Under the prerequisite of no changes for preheating system and preheater tower, without upset for normal operation, the production line is renewed by means of reasonable allocation of the calciner. Good result is achieved for rising capacity and reducing consumptions.
