摘要 以普通玉米、高淀粉玉米、高油玉米为研究对象,探讨了玉米籽粒灌浆期可溶性糖含量变化与可溶性蛋白积累的关系。结果表明,灌浆前期,蔗糖的供应能力与籽粒蛋白质的合成能力密切相关,可能是主要的限制因子;灌浆后期,蔗糖作为源是满足供应的,即蔗糖的供应能力以及氨基酸转化为蛋白的能力不是籽粒蛋白质合成的主要限制因子,而蔗糖转化为氨基酸的过程则是限速步骤。 One normal maize cultivar, one high starch maize eultivar and one high oil maize eultivar were chosen to study the relation between the change of soluble sugar and the accumulation of soluble protein of maize during filling stage. The results showed that the supply ability of sucrose were closely correlated with the synthesization ability of protein of grain in early fdling stage and maybe the former was the main limited factor to the latter. The supply of sucrose was adequate as source in late fining stage. That was to say the supply ability of sucrose and the ability which amino acid synthesized protein were not the main limited factor in this stage. But the process which sucrose changed into amino acid was the limited step of speed in this stage.
