摘要
本文从建立体系、完善制度、以人为本、两个经常、科学管装等方面,阐述了在计量装备管理工作中的良好做法,并介绍了对旧仪器设备进行技术改造,发挥效能的成功路子,对于用好用活计量装备具有普遍的实际意义。
This paper introduced some good ways of managing equipments in terms of building equipment management system, Perfect regulations,Human-centered management, two duties that are often carried out, and scientific management. The successful ways for modifying the old equipment to make them more effective are presented. It is significant to improve the equipment＇s effectiveness.
