摘要
1960年以来,渭河下游共淤积泥沙13.28亿m3,其中1990~2003年下游河槽淤积加重,淤积量为3.073亿m3。渭河下游各水文站同流量水位抬高,华阴、吊桥、华县三站水位分别上升3.14、2.91、2.93 m;华县平滩流量逐渐减小,2003年汛前减为历史最小的1 000 m3/s,比1958年小4 000 m3/s;渭河下游洪水特征发生了变化,洪水过程线由尖瘦型变成矮胖型,峰现时刻明显推后,峰量关系发生变化,洪水历时显著增加,小洪水、高水位、大灾害的现象极易出现。建议采用跨流域引水的方式治理渭河,从秦岭开凿隧洞引汉江或其他支流补充渭河水源,尤其应该尽快制定渭河综合治理规划,协调渭河水沙关系,维持渭河的健康生命。
Since 1960,the lower Weihe River has been silted 1.328 billion m^3,of which,it silted 307.3 million m^3 during 1990~2003.The water level of each hydrometric station on the lower Weihe River was increased under the conditions of the same discharge.The water level of Huayin,Diaoqiao and Huaxian stations has been increased by 3.14 m,2.91 m and 2.93 m respectively.The bankfull discharge of Huaxian reduces gradually and the minimum of 1,000 m^3/s was occurred before the flood season of 2003 which was 4,000 m^3/s less than that of in 1958.The characteristic of the floods has been changed,the flood hydrograph changed from sharp to flat type,time of peak obviously put off,the relations of peak and volume changed,flood duration notably increased and the situation of small floods with high level and serious disaster easily happened.It suggests harnessing the Weihe River through interbasin diversion,especially drafting an integrated management plan of the river as quick as possible,coordinating the relations of runoff and sediment and keeping the healthy life of the Weihe river.
