摘要
弹劾制体现了代议制民主理论和权力制约理论的基本原则和精神。我国有必要借鉴现代西方的弹劾制,结合我国社会主义初级阶段实际,尽快建立起中国特色的人民代表大会弹劾制。它对完善我国现有的权力监督体系,保障人民当家作主的政治地位有着极为重要的作用。
Impeachment system embodies the basic principle and spirit of the discussing democratic system theory and power restriction theory. It is necessary for China to refer to the impeachment system of modem West, and combine the reality of the socialist elementary stage of China, so that we can establish the impeachment system of the People＇s Congress with Chinese characteristics as soon as possible. It will play a very important role in perfecting the existed power supervising system of China and ensuring the political position of people managing state affairs.
