摘要
南丁格尔说，“护士，其实就是一个没有翅膀的天使”，她寄语护士既要有美丽的天使般的外表，又是可以给人类带来幸福的使者。护理工作平凡的过程中蕴涵着艺术美和技巧美，蕴涵着对生命的呵护。本文试从外形美、语言美、人格美等方面对护士的魅力进行论述。
Florence Nightingale said： “A nurse, in fact, is like an angel who has no wings”. It indicates that a nurse should not only have angelic appearance but also bring happiness to man. During daily nursing work, it implies the beauty of art and skills as well as providing protection and care to the life. The paper tries to discuss nurses＇ charisma from three aspects, namely, beauty of the appearance, language and personality.
