摘要
目的探讨Nd-YAG激光及过氧化脲漂白剂对牙釉质表面超微结构的影响,以及Nd-YAG激光漂白牙齿的原理。方法选用临床正畸患者拔除的健康前磨牙20颗,随机分为3组:激光组、单纯涂药组,每组8颗,对照组4颗。激光组涂药后采用Nd-YAG激光照射,再涂药;单纯涂药组直接涂药,然后浸入生理盐水中;2组牙面均采用过氧化脲涂药,1次/d,连续14天。空白对照组不作处理。实验结束后用扫描电镜对釉质表面进行观察。结果激光组牙釉质局部表面有明显溶解、脱矿,涂药组牙釉质表面有轻微脱矿;对照组牙釉质表面光滑,无溶解、脱矿。结论Nd-YAG激光加过氧化脲对牙釉质有明显的溶解、脱矿作用,且釉质表面出现裂纹,是否伤害牙齿应引起重视和研究。
Objective To investigate the enamel surface ultrastructural influence of Nd-YAG laser power and carbamide peroxide bleaching agents, and the principle of Nd-YAG laser power bleach on teeth. Methods Twenty recently extracted human normal bicuspid teeth were randomly divided into three groups: Nd-YAG laser power group, simple application drug group, eight teeth in every group, four teeth in vacuity contrast group. Nd-YAG laser power group, the enamel surface was irradiated with Nd-YAG after the drug of being applied and used drug continually. Simple application drug group was applied drug directly and were immersed in saline, and these two groups were used drug one time everyday and fourteen days continually. Vacuity contrast group was not treated. The morphology of the enamelsurface was examined by scanning electron microscope. Results In Nd-YAG laser power group, some enamel crystals had obvious demineralization. In simple application drug group, some enamel crystals had light demineralization. In vacuity contrast group,some enamel surface was smooth. Conclusion In Nd- YAG laser power group, the tooth enamel had obvious demineralization. But the crazing on that enamel surface appears and it is worth study for the injury.
