摘要
目的为本地区中医院提高科学管理水平和政府主管部门的宏观决策提供参考。方法从投入和产出角度构建指标体系,构建综合评价指数对南充地区中医院的效益进行综合评价。结果该地区中医院资源利用率较低,综合效益差的中医院规模相对较大。结论只有卫生资源的各类结构合理,卫生资源的利用才有可能达到高效率,应将调整资源结构作为提高该地区中医院经济效益的重点。
Objective This work aims at promoting scientific management in traditional Chinese medical （TCM） hospitals and providing references for government to make macroscopical decision. Methods We select evaluation indexes based on two aspects of input and output, building a complex index to evaluate performance of TCM hospitals, Results In TCM hospitals of Nanchong region, the whole level of utilization rate of health resource is low.Complex performance in small TCM hospitals is better than which in big ones in general. Conclusions Utilization of health resource doesn＇t reach high efficiency until health resource structure in harmony.We should adjust resource structure to improve performance of maternal and chlid health hospitals.
