摘要
L40钻机属于原西德L系列钻机中的一种,具有优良的钻进性能,但在使用过程中也暴露出一些问题,其中最主要的是泵站中的复式泵系统。为了彻底解决泵站复式泵系统存在的问题,对其进行了改造。通过实践,改进设计既解决了系统中出现的问题,提高了系统的可靠性,又解决了备件周期长、成本高的问题,取得了显著的经济效益。
L40 drilling rig is one of series L, which is made by WI.CTH, has advanced performances. But, in the use it showed some inadequacy, such as compound pump. In order to deal the compound pump, the paper gives a improving design. The practice shows that the improvement deals the compound pump problem well. The compound pump improved has a low cost, short produce period.
