摘要
介绍了大连化物所研制的一台用于城市客车的60kW燃料电池发动机。该发动机采用变压操作、功率自适应控制模式;具有较高的过载能力,最大输出功率为80kW。为了考察发动机的稳定性,根据燃料电池发动机测试规范进行了20次工况循环台架试验。通过在给定几个输出功率下的电压值比较可见,该发动机性能输出稳定,在额定输出功率下,电压标准偏差为2.17V。
In this paper, it introduced a 60kW fuel cell engine (FCE) developed in DICP. The FCE was operated under different pressure responding to the different power output in order to get high efficiency, and the power output automatically followed the loading in the mode of passive control. The peak power was about 80kW. In order to test the FCE's stability, a 20-cycle test has been done according to the FCE testing code. The voltages for a certain power during 20 cycles are able to keep stable, and the voltage standard deviation at rated power is 2.17 V.
