摘要
目的对玻璃体手术治疗外伤后早期眼球萎缩的效果进行分析和判定。方法对67例行玻璃体手术治疗的外伤后早期眼球萎缩患者术后进行较长时间的随访,曾行硅油填充的患者在硅油取出术后随访眼轴,眼压和眼底情况。结果视力提高者46例(占68.7%),脱盲率占37.3%;67眼中44眼(65.7%)眼球萎缩得到控制;5眼(7.5%)眼底基本平整,但眼压<8mmHg。12眼(17.9%)硅油取出后眼球继续萎缩明显;6眼(9.0%)因眼底情况差,硅油无法取出。结论玻璃体手术是治疗外伤后早期眼球萎缩的有效途径。大部分患者可以控制眼球萎缩,得以长时间保持眼球外形,其中部分患者还可以达到脱盲的视力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of vitrectomy surgery for early atrophy of eyeball after ocular trauma. Methods 67 cases of early atrophy of eyeball underwent vitrectomy surgery were reported, postoperative visual acuity, eye axis, IOP and fundus were observed and compare with preoperative. As to the patients injected silicone oil, we try to observe the conditions of their eyes after silicone oil was taken out. Results After an average follow up of 13.1 months, final visual acuity improved in 46 eyes （68.7%）, including 25 eyes （37.3%） were out of blindness, 44 cases （65.7%） of early atrophy of eyeball were under control. Conclusions Vitrectomy is effective in treating early atrophy of eyeball. In most of these cases, atrophy of eyeball could be under control, and the eyeball could maintain its shape for a long time, some of the patients could even restore an effective vision.
