摘要 糯性小麦对淀粉及面团特性有很大影响,众多研究显示,小麦3个糯性基因的缺失位点存在着剂量效应,把它们同时组合到1个小麦品系中,能产生含量极低甚至不含直链淀粉的胚乳。针对国内外糯性小麦育种研究,介绍了其研究现状、糯质特性及淀粉品质、糯性突变体的种质资源筛选、Wx基因及其分子遗传研究、糯性突变体的鉴定等的研究进展,并对糯性小麦的选育、存在问题与应用前景作了分析和展望。 This paper reviewed the studies on waxy wheat and Wx genes at home and abroad, including the quality characters, selection and identification of Wx genes and waxy individual, the molecular biology of Wx genes and, waxy wheat breeding ect. The problems and prospects of waxy wheat breeding were analysed.
