摘要
以OM型人红细胞膜血型糖蛋白A为抗原，通过交瘤技术，获得一株稳定分泌抗M血型抗原的单抗细胞株（4E6）。所分泌抗体类型为IgG2b。4E6能特异性识别M型血型糖蛋白A的双聚体及单体；4E6与M型PanelA红细胞呈持异性反应；临床初步应用表明，4E6可用于对M、N血型系统的分型。
A cell strain (4E6) which could stably secrete McAbs (IgG2b) to M blood group antigen was obtained by hybridoma technique using OM group erythrocyte membrane blood-group glucoprotein A as antigen. The strain could specifically recognize the dimer and monomer of M group glucoprotein A and react with M group Panel A red cells. Preliminary clinical application indicated that 4E6 could be used for M, N blood-group typing system.
