摘要
本文报道了红豆杉单细胞克隆的建立过程。在红豆杉细胞克隆中使用悬浮培养１０—１５天的细胞培养物分离单细胞进行看护培养的效果最好。
The process of setting up a monocell clone line of Taxus chinelisis is reported in this paper.By nursing culture, the best plating efficiency was got with monocells seperated from 10-15--day--old cell suspensions.
