摘要
本文在对矿业城市白银的人才进行分析的基础上,剖析了其存在的一些问题和导致这些问题产生的主要原因,其中重点提到人才分布不合理,结构性矛盾比较突出,高层次人才匮乏,并提出了相应对策建议。
On the basis of analysis on persons with ability in the mining city Baiyin, this paper discusses the present problems and the corresponding reasons. Some aspects such as unreasonable talent distribution, obvious structure contradiction and scarcity of high level talent .are stressed. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as well.
