摘要
十六届四中全会对“构建社会主义和谐社会”概念的提出,标志着中国开始步入一个强调可持续发展的全新发展阶段,如何处理城市与矿区在时空、经济、体制、环境等方面的关系,促进和实现二者之间的和谐发展是当前矿业城市发展中所面临的重要课题。本文基于对中国矿业城市发展状况及其所表现出的诸多不和谐问题的分析,探析了实现中国矿业城市和谐发展这一核心目标的战略思路,并具体阐述了贯彻这一思路的实施方略。
With the concept of “building socialist harmonious society” called at the Fourth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party, China has come into a new development stage, which emphasizes the sustainable development. It is an important project for China＇s mining cities that how to deal with the relationship between timespace, economy, system, environment, etc., and how to promote and realize the harmonious development of city and mineral district. Based on the analysis of the developmental situation and existent disharmonious questions, this paper discusses the strategy idea and its actualization program to realize harmonious development of mining cities in China.
