羟基磷灰石生物功能陶瓷的溶解动力学研究

摘要 本文研究了醋酸铵缓冲溶液中(pH=7.4)羟基磷灰石的溶解行为,反应温度分别控制在25℃、37.5℃和50℃。用钙离子选择电极测定溶解过程中的钙离子浓度的变化,溶解过程中的钙离子浓度和反应时间的关系能成功地进行Stumm方程拟合。 In this paper, we study the dissolution behavior of hydroxyapatite in water buffered by NH4OAc solution with pH 7.4 at different temperatures(25℃, 37.5℃ and 50℃ respectively),The [Ca^2+] is determined by Ca^2+ selective electrode. The relationships between [Ca^2+] and reaction time are fitted successfully by Stumm equation.
