摘要
华能岳阳电厂一期工程2×362.5MW机组1160t/h“W”型火焰燃煤锅炉因燃用非设计煤种,出现锅炉制粉系统磨煤机超负荷运行、出力严重不足、一次风流量过高、磨煤机回粉管经常堵塞等一系列问题。针对这些问题,提出了具体的解决方案和技术措施并进行了实施,锅炉的燃烧稳定性和效率得到提高,取得了明显的经济和社会效益。
With the burning of non-designed coal, there are many problems in 1160t/h W-flame coal-fired boilers of Huaneng Yueyang Power Plant, such as overload running of pulverizing system, serious reduction of mill output, overhigh flow of primary air and frequent blocking of the coarse powder returning pipes etc. Based on this, this paper proposed specific solutions and countermeasures. The application experiences show that the combustion stability and efficiency of boiler has been improved greatly and it is of significant economic and social benefits.
