摘要
用福建省中医药研究院林求诚主任医师的临床经验方健脾益肾汤治疗脾虚泄泻50例,疗效满意,显效以上达70%,总有效率92%。治疗后免疫指标明显改善,CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+3项均上升显著P<0.05或<0.01,CD_4^+/CD_8^+值却下降显著,体液免疫IgG、IgA、IgM 3项治疗后下降显著。提示健脾益肾汤对脾虚泄泻者有显著的免疫调节作用。
Jianpi Yishen Tang(Decoction for Strengthening Spleen And Kidney),a clinical experienced prescription of Prof. Lin Qiuchen,was used for treating 50 cases of diarrhea of spleen deficiency. The obviously effective rate was 70% and the total effective rate was 92%. After treatment, the immune indices obviously improved, such as: CD_3^+、CD_4^+ and CD_8^+ obviously rised (P<0.05 or P<0.01),while CD_4^+/CD_8^+, IgG, IgA and IgM obviously reduced. It indicates that the decoction has the obvious effect of immunoregulation for diarrhea of spleen, deficiency.
