摘要
构建和谐社会，高等学校肩负着重要历史使命。本文作者认为和谐人格的塑造是一项重大系统工程，和谐人格是高等学校素质教育的目标追求。
In the process of building harmonious society, university and college plays an important pole. Author thinks the building of harmonious personality is a huge system, and is the objective of quality education in higher education.
