摘要
论述了复杂平面曲线轮廓度评定中需要解决的几个关键问题理想轮廓曲线数学模型的建立,测头的半径补偿,确定被测轮廓与理论轮廓之间的偏差,评定的数学模型的建立,以及评定的方法。
Several important problems while evaluating the profile of complicated curve are discussed, such as the modeling of curve, the compensating of gauge head radius, the deviation confirming between actual curve and theoretic curve, the modeling of evaluation and the calculation method. The methods to resolve these problems are analyzed in details.
