摘要
分析了全电动注塑机的两种射胶系统。结果表明,高性能同步带的误差不会影响射胶精度;多螺杆射胶结构可显著降低对滚珠丝杠副性能的要求;多螺杆射胶结构的动态性能与单螺杆射胶结构差别不大。
Two kinds of injection systems of full electric injection molding machine are analyzed. The results show that the precision of injection can not be affected by the error of high performance synchronous belt ; the performance requirement of ball screw can be decreased by using multi-screw injection system：the dynamic performance of multi-screw injection system is similar to that of single-screw injection system,
