摘要
通过对采用国产碳纤维布包裹加固的钢筋混凝土轴心受压方柱进行试验研究,分析了方柱受力变形特点及影响加固效果的多种因素.结果表明:碳纤维布包裹加固钢筋混凝土方柱,能有效提高其轴心抗压极限承载力,大大改善其延性.承载力的提高与碳纤维布条的幅宽、净间距等因素有关,试验测得在不同的条件下,承载力的提高幅度为19%~37%.国产碳纤维布性能优良,加固效果良好,与利用进口材料加固相比,成本较低,可以减少工程造价,获得更好的经济效益.
Based on the experiment of strengthening axial compression reinforced concrete square columns wrapped with domestic carbon fiber sheet (CFS) , stress - strain relation of concrete confined and factors of influencing strengthening efficiency are analyzed. The results indicate that the confinement of CFS increases the compressive strength and ductility of reinforced concrete square columns remarkably. The bearing capacity is related to many factors such as width and space of CFS. In this experiment, it is increased by 19% -37% , indicating that domestic CFS has good property, low price and satisfactory strengthening effect.
