摘要
传统DCS仿真系统的人机界面开发大多通过组态工具完成,工作量大,修改较烦。虚拟DCS包括对控制逻辑和人机界面两部分的虚拟,在逼真度、应用功能和节省的投资方面表现出相对的综合优势。对采用ActiveX控件开发虚拟DCS人机界面进行了研究分析,并结合600 MW仿真系统项目,对TXP控制系统中的人机界面进行了虚拟,最后,以操作/指示窗口控件以及曲线控件的开发作为实例。
The traditional simulation system, which simulates the man-machine interface(MMI) of DCS(distributed control system), is often accomplished by some configuration tools, it needs much workload and difficult to modify. Virtual DCS shows its comparative superiority on fidelity, advanced functions and economy. The analysis of MMT for virtual DCS by ActiveX controls is presented, and the MMT of control system on Siemens TXP based on 600 MV simulation system is simulated. Finally, the development of operation/indication window controls and curve controls are given as instances.
