摘要
考虑存在未知负载干扰等复杂应用环境的无刷直流电机位置伺服系统,动态特性复杂且非线性,传统线性控制器一般无法满足系统特性要求。在分析无刷直流电动机数学模型的基础上,建立了位置伺服系统的仿真模型,提出了一种变结构控制的方法。结果表明,变结构控制方法响应快、鲁棒性强、抗干扰能力好,较传统控制方法具有更好的动、静态特性。
The brushless DC motor position control systems with unknown external load disturbance is considered. Since the dynamic characteristics of such systems are very complex and highly nonlinear,a conventional linear controller design may not assume satistactory requirements. Based on the mathematical model of BLDCM,a variable structuro controller for the position scrvo system is developed, Experimental results show that the improved scheme has high rohustness and quick response and the system has good static and dynamic performance.
