摘要
国外A油田下石炭系碳酸盐岩储层具有低孔、低渗、高破裂压力的特点,采用常规射孔后酸化压裂的完井工艺,油井产量低,严重影响油田的开发效益。为此,该油田应用高能复合射孔技术(FracGun)对下石炭系 KT-Ⅱ碳酸盐岩地层和二叠系的砂泥岩地层进行投产或改造。该技术通过对射孔器和二次能量的优化设计,使用油管传输负压射孔工艺,射孔后用射孔管柱进行酸洗后直接投产,从而缩短了施工周期,降低了成本,而且消除了聚能射孔弹对地层的压实污染和钻井完井液过程中钻井完井液对储层的污染,大幅度提高近井地带地层渗透率,使油井产量提高。该技术已在A油田应用120余口井,均达到提高油井产能的目的。介绍了该技术的原理及施工工艺,并以几口井为例,详细介绍了现场应用情况,并对应用效果进行了分析。
The carbonate reservoirs of the A Oilfield (an overseas oilfield) are characterized with low porosity, low permeability arid high fracture pressure. Acid fracturing techniques employed after conventional perforating severely affects oilfield economic benefits for its low productivity. Therefore, the oilfield commences employing high energy FracGun to stimulate KT-Ⅱ carbonate zones of bottom carboniferous system and sand shale of Permian system. The technology, through optimizing perforators and secondary energy, implement perforating via negative pressure transmitted by tubing, and then directly goes into production after acid washing through perforation strings, which not only shortens stimulation cycles and thus reduces costs but also eliminates formation-consolidation pollutions caused by jet bullets and reservoir contamination caused by drilling/completion fluids whilecementing. As a result, formation permeability in near wellbore zone and well productivity have been greatly improved. The technology has been applied in more than 120 wells in the A Oilfield, productivities of all test wells were enhanced. Taking several wells as example, its mechanism and operational processes are introduced, field applications are presented and analyzed in detail.
