摘要
文章围绕酒德、酒量、酒风三者对中国饮酒文化作了视角独到的贯通古今的深入讨论。论述了“酒德”话语霸权地位演变的过程与中国饮酒观的历史发展趋势，剖析了中国传统酒人的“酒量”观及其影响，阐述了孔子“唯酒无量不及乱”主张的实际影响与中国古代文人的传统酒文化角色，同时对现时代中国人的酒饮文化作了讨论。
The article centers on the moral character of drinking, capacity for liquor and the style of drinking to have a thorough discussion of both ancient and present Chinese drinking culture with original visual angle. It discusses the positional evolvement of the saying hegemony on the moral character of drinking and the historical evolutive current of Chinese drinking concept, It analyses the capacity for liquor and influence of Chinese traditional drinker. And it also expounds the practical effect of Confucius＇ opinion It was only in wine that he laid down no limit for himself, but he did not allow himself to be confused by it. Then it analyses traditional cultural role of Chinese ancient literati. At last, the author discusses the Chinese drinking culture of the time.
