摘要
本文报告了360眼IOL术后随访观察6个月～2.5年的结果,有87眼发现后囊混浊(24.17%);但其中仅14眼(3.89%)影响视力.先天性白内障IOL术后后囊混浊影响视力者占47.37%,老年性白内障IOL术后后囊混浊未发现明显影响视力.IOL术后后囊混浊的发生的高峰时间是术后3～6月,并无随时间延长混浊率增加的趋势,术后后囊混浊的防治关键应放在术后3个月内.
360 eyes after IOL implantation were observed for 2. 5 years in order to find the occurance of posterior capsular opacification. 87 of those eyes (24. 17%) oc-cured this complication,but only 14 eyes(3. 89%) had visual impairment. To congenital cataract,the incidence of visulal impairment was 47. 37% due to posterior capsular opacification,but no vision decreased in senile cataract. The most posterior capsular opacification oc-cured within 3-6 months after IOL implantation, andthe incidence didn' t increase as the time prolonged. So the effective prevention period of posterior capsular opacification should be within 3 months after IOL implantation.
