纳米NiCu复合粉的制备

摘要 本文采用化学共沉淀法制备得到纳米NiCu复合粉,并对其结构进行了表征。在Ni2+Cu2+混合溶液中,以N2H4.H2O为还原剂直接进行还原反应。最佳合成条件为:(Ni2+和Cu2+)浓度为0.25 mol/L,反应液的pH值为9.5左右,nEDTA/nCu2+=3.5,反应温度控制在50℃左右。经检测,纳米NiCu复合粉中Ni和Cu分别以晶态形式存在;纳米NiCu复合粉的平均粒径为60 nm左右,分散状态良好。 In this paper, NiCu composite nanopowder has been prepared by chemical codeposition and its structure has been detennined by XRD, TEM and EDS. The aqueous mixture, of Ni^2+ and Cu^2+ was used .as the raw material, and N2H4· H2O acted as the reducing agent. The optimum conditions of the synthesis of NiCu composite nanopowder was as follows: (Ni^2+ + Cu^2+ ) = 0.25mol/L, nEDTA/nCu^2+ = 3 5, PH = 9.5, and temperature 50℃. Results show that Ni and Cu are crystal in the NiCu composite nanopowder and its average size is about 60nm.
