摘要
1953年至1978年的20多年间,国家劳动部门比较重视城镇职工的劳动生活,逐步形成了一套适应计划经济体制的劳动就业、劳动收入、劳动保护、劳动保险和社会保障的制度,并具有自身的时代特征。这些特征与计划经济时期我国社会经济总体发展水平、社会政治经济制度的变迁和政治形势的演化以及科学技术水平的高低都有直接的联系。这个时期职工劳动生活的水平虽不是很高,但变化却是很大的。
The laboring life of Chinese employees in cities and towns was noticed by labor department of Chinese government, and the system of employment, labor income, labor protecting, labor insurance and society guaranteeing which was seasoned with planned economy was set up gradually. The whole system was colored by the characteristics of its age from 1953 to 1978. The characteristics were direct contact with the total development level of society and economy, the change of social, political and economic system, and the evolving of political situation and science technique level. The level of employees＇ laboring life was not very high during this period, but the change was very great.
