摘要
目的评价B超对甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值。方法对手术(或穿刺)病理证实的153例甲状腺腺瘤进行回顾分析二维超声及彩色多普勒所描述的甲状腺边界、形态、包膜、内部回声、周围组织及内部血供情况。结果甲状腺腺瘤具有典型的声像学特征。结论超声对甲状腺腺瘤有较高诊断价值。
Objective To estimate the value of ultrasound in diagnosing thyroid adenoma. Methods To investigate tile featureS of two-dimensional uhrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging（CDFl） in 153 cases with thyroid adenoma confirmed by pathology after operation or puncture, including their borders, formes, envelope, interior echoes, the condition of peripheral tissue and so on, Results Thyroid adenoma had typical ultrasonics. Conclusion Ultrasonics has the superior diagnostic value in thyroid adenoma.
