摘要
本文建立了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分离人红细胞膜脂肪酸的方法。选用2-溴苯乙酮为衍生剂、18-冠醚-6为催化剂,有G_(18)反相柱分离,流动相采用甲醇-乙腈-水,正十六酸(C_(17):0)为内标,紫外测定波长为254nm,于60min内分离了人红细胞膜含有的八种主要脂肪酸。
high-performance liquid chromatographic method was established for examining fatty acids in human ery-throcyte membrane.The fatty acids were derivatized with 2-bromoacetophenone The reaction was catalyzed by18-Crown-6.The fatty acid esters wer analysed on a C18 reversed-phase‘column with methanol-acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase and heptadecanoic acid(17:0)as the internal standard.The compounds、vere detected at 254mm.The eight kinds of fatty acids in human erythrocyte membrane were separated within 60 min.
