摘要
体育教育是素质教育中的重要环节,利用优秀的体育教学方法能更好的推动整体素质教育向前发展。本文从最基本、最核心的体育课堂教学改革入手,对体育课教学进行探讨和研究,旨在通过课堂教学改革推动整体素质教育的提高。
The physical education is an important link within qulity- oriented education. It may promote the quality - oriented education forward in entirety to make use of excellent teaching technigues of physcial education. The paper starts with the most basic and kernel class teaching reform of physical education, discusses its teaching method in order to promote the guality - oriented education forward by using class teaching reform.
