摘要
磁力金属带传动是新近提出的一种新型传动方式,本文建立了磁力金属带传动的动力学模型及相应的运动微分方程,导出了磁力金属带传动纵向振动的固有频率和主振型,分析了外界激励对传动系统的影响研究结果对防止传动系统发生共振,减少弹性滑动,改善传动性能等具有一定的指导意义,并可为磁力金属带传动的动态设计提供理论依据.图2,参10.
Metal belt drive with magnet (MBDM) is a new friction drive . The dynamic model and differential equation of MBDM were established in this paper, the natural frequency and vibration mode of the system were also educed and the influences of external fluctuation on transmission system were analyzed. The results are significant to avoid sympathetic vibration of the transmission system, to reduce elastic creep of metal belt and to improve transmission performance of MBDM. In addition, these results can also provide theoretical basis for the dynamic design of MBDM. 2figs., 10refs.
