摘要
实行学分制对高校德育工作来说既是新的挑战也是新的机遇,我们必须抓住机遇,分析、研究学分制给当前德育工作带来的新问题,通过选拔和培养导师队伍,增大德育工作的覆盖率;改革“两课”教学,提高“两课”教学的有效性;寻求德育新载体,拓宽德育工作空间;加强学生社团建设,发挥学生社团的德育功能;充分利用网络和多媒体技术,提高德育工作的实效性。
The implementation of credit system in colleges and universities brings about not only new challenges but also opportunities to the management of moral education. We must seize the opportunities to increase the coverage of moral work by analyzing the new problems brought by the credit system, improve the effectiveness of the “two courses”, broaden the space of moral work by finding new channels for it, bring the function of student organizations into play by enhancing the construction of student communities and explore new ways of moral education so that we can manage moral education in an effective way.
