摘要
用高能量钕玻璃激光器(0~25J)烧蚀Al靶产生等离子体.实验中测量了Ar气气压在0.1~1.0MPa范围内,等离子体发射光谱的谱线强度、半宽度、信背比以及等离子体的电子温度和电子密度随气压的变化.结果表明,随着环境气体压强的升高,等离子体的空间体积被压缩,电子温度和电子密度增大,辐射强度有明显的增强.
Aluminum plasma was induced with a high energy neodymium glass laser(0-25J) beam ablating Al target. Both the line intensity,half width,signal-to-background ratio of the emission spectra and the electron temperature,electron density of the plasma was mearsured in Ar atmosphere at 0.1-1.0MPa pressure. The experimental results show that the volume of the plasma is compressed, the electron temperature and density increased, the radiation intensity enhanced significantly when pressure raise.
