Experimental study on glycosaminoglycons changes of the mandibular condylar cartilage of non-operation side TMJ after an operation of high condylectomy and diskectomy

摘要 作者采用组织化学方法,观察了实验动物(兔)一侧关节髁突高位切除术后非手术侧关节髁状突软骨氨基多糖含量的变化,结果显示非手术侧髁状突软骨基质中氨基多糖含量减少,并随实验周期的延长而有一定程度的加重。 12 rabbits were treated by condylectomy and 12 rabbits by condylectomy and diskectomy. The changes of the sulphated glycosaminoglycans level in non - operation condylar cartilage matrix were observed by means of histochemistry. The content of the sulphated glycosaminoglycans in non-operation side condylar cartilage matrix decreased and became more and more severe as the experimental period prolonged. The changes took place much more greatly in the group of condylectomy and diskectomy. It showed that an operation of one side TMJ would cut down the content of sulphated glycosaminoglycans in non - operation side condylar cartilage matrix.
