摘要
提高毕业生的就业率一直都是每个学校的工作重点之一,但是面对日益增多的毕业生,就业市场愈来愈趋于饱和,就业率的提高似乎变成了一件很困难的事情。文章从提高学生实践能力的角度,论述了实践能力与就业率之间的关系。
Upgrading the employment rate is always key to each college. However, facing the number of graduates increasing day by day, the employment market tends to increasingly saturated, and the employment rate raise turns out to be difficult matter as well. The article discusses the relationship between the practical ability and the employment rate.
