摘要
体育课程改革以来出现的新问题主要表现在体育教育理论研究、培训手段、方式、方法及管理组织、外部环境、育教师整体素质、硬件条件、体育教师参与新课改的内在动力等方面。
New problems that have been arising, since the reform of PE course, in the following aspects ： the research of the educational theory in PE, means and methods of training, management organizations, the external environment, qualities of PE teachers, hardware conditions, and the internal impetus of teachers to take part in the reform of new courses.
